beeping sounds

Does anyone know how to get rid of the beeping sounds
when you hit the caps lock, num lock, or scroll lock keys.

Control Panel\Accessibility Options
Keyboard Tab/ Toggle Keys section
Uncheck "Use Toggle Keys"
