F Lock

I have replaced the ergonomic keyboard with a later MS keyboard (lost
windows button on right) and function buttons do NOT work unless the F Lock
button is pressed. How do force the F Lock to stay on (or to use the F
buttons regardless). Tried searching the 'net but all I get is NUM lock,
CAPS lock and SCROLL lock. I have done this before (I've installed these
keyboards/mice previously).

I've found a zip file that remaps for function lock.
