BCM

I am running BCM in MS Office 2003. I inadvertantly pressed a key which put
every email, in and sent, into every contact (223) I have created! I want to
remove the ones which dont refer to the contact name. Please help
 
Sounds like the form cache got corrupted. Search this newsgroup for how
to delete the cache.
