BCM or Not ?

I just got outlook 2003 all setup and running great,
And do have about 294 accounts with about 702 contacts,
Notice that outlook 2003 takes forever to find emails sent to contact,
Via contact info activities tab...

Heard bcm uses a sql desktop database, to handle all of
The contact related info, via contact info...other words, when click on
a contact, and going to activities, and select e-mails they would appear
allot quicker? Compare to standard outlook 2003, which has to find them
every time, I select activities.

I use plaxo, to handle updating of my clients...
Which plaxo works with outlook 2003 and not bcm

Heard bcm would create another personal folder,
if so,
How does one setup an auto sync between the two contact folders,
Outlook 2003 and bcm

It is certainly the case that BCM stores the links between emails and
BCM contacts, so displaying them is as quick as fetching them from the
database. The only caveat is whether your machine is fast enough to
run the database without causing delays in elsewhere.

Hmm, running on a laptop with 1.0GB of RAM XP SP2, and AMD 4000+ proc
