Is it possible to use BCM 2003 with Outlook 2007?

I had Outlook 2003 with BCM and recently upgraded to Outlook 2007, but it
does not have Business Contact Manager. Is it possible to install just BCM
from my 2003 disk to use with Outlook 2007? When I try to it says I have to
install Outlook 2003 before it can install BCM.

I'm hoping there is a way to tell BCM2003 that Outlook is installed, it's
just Outlook 2007 instead of 2003.
