BCM Data Disappeared

Not sure what happened, but all of my BCM data is gone. BCM contacts, notes,
etc. and I can't find it. I backed up the BCM contacts, but when I try to
open it, Outlook does not recognize the file type. It's as though BCM does
not exist on my Outlook. I tried to use the function "Enable BCM for Outlook"
but the computer says it is already enabled. Can anyone help?

My first guess is that BCM was disabled for the Outlook Mail Profile
you are using.

Try creating a new mail profile and then have Outlook use it. You
should see the BCM 1st use wizard when Outlook starts, and you can
select your old database.

I did that as my back-up plan, i.e. use a 2nd profile and open the saved BCM
database. What actually "turned on the BCM switch" was going into the Control
Panel, Mail, Data Files, and Adding a BCM Database. I sort of tripped over
it, but at least it's working again. Thanks for your reply.
