BCM - File as has disappeared now wont save as

Business Contact MGR - File as disappeared now wont save as also every email
is associated with every contact. It appears that I have a corrupted BCM. Can
I just reinstall over the top or do I have to uninstall and start over again,
can I sve my data.
 
Sounds like the Outlook forms are corrupted. Delete everything in the
forms cache,
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS
and Outlook and BCM will recreate the forms.

Also, upgrade to BCM v2 if you haven't already.
 
Can you be more specific?

What version of BCM do you have?

Waht can't you save? Do you get an error message?
 
Is the Business Tools Menu present? If not, go to Help > About Microsoft
Office Outlook and see if it is present under Disabled Items
