batch file or something to repair task bar

I have a reoccurring problem with my taskbar.
I have my desktop enabled in my task bar and now and then it locks up so I
can no longer access my desktop unless I use the win+d
To fix the problem I have to open task manager, find exploerer.exe and end
process tree. Then with the task manager still open go yo file and run
explorer.
Fixed
Is there some way I can automate this process.this would be hard since your
desktop is gone. But I do have google apps dock that still works even when
explorer isn't
