Bad IE

ie 6 is flaky, something broke in it. I am sure
something simply got corrupted. Cannot even install sp1
it says a newer version is all ready installed. It is
not.

Not counting locking up many times and not able to
hyperlink from Outlook any more ("due to restrictions on
this computer").

How can I do a fresh clean re install? Anything I have
tried won't let me.

Ok, I changed the values via Reg edit via MS. support
bullet.

However, even after rebooting, and pulling the full 80 dl
from your suggested site(s), iesetup.exe still cannont
continue becuase the ie already installed is newer.

Any ideas?
