how to create a backup "set" (or series) of backups (ex.
bak1.bkf, bak2.bkf, bak3.bkf) in a controlled size so
that I may save these to CD-ROM media SINCE WINDOWS
BACKUP DOES NOT SUPPORT IT

Backup to your hard disk and then use your CD burning software.
