System State Backup Fails

When I attempt to backup the System State, the operation fails, and the log
contains the information below. I'm running XP SP2 and attempting to backup
the System State to the Desktop.

Thanks,
Jeff

I am also having the same problem. It started after restoring my computer
from a serious disk failure. It restored beautifully but once I tried to nake
a new back up I recieved the following message also. So now I have no backup
of the entire system just my data files.
