Backup utility

In Win XP home I am trying to use the backup utility. I get the errror report:
Backup Status
Operation: Backup
Active backup destination: File
Media name: "backup210206.bkf created 23/02/2006 at 16:21"

Backup Status
The files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was
aborted.

NOTE: ASR (Automated System Restore) does not function and is not supported
on Windows XP Home edition.
