Backup Probram Wanted

Prior to my switching to Windows XP, I used a backup program called 'My Own
Backup'.
It will not work with XP.
It would make backups a combination of folders and files that you selected
when ever you desired.
Is there a similar backup program the works with XP?
I have tried to find similar programs on Google, but it is very frustrating.

I use a free program called syncback, to back up my site folder.
Another good one is Cobian backup.

Thanks for your suggestions, but unless I am missing something (very
possible), it is not possible to include more than one folder and/or file in
the same backup with both of these programs.
