backing up email messages

i want to back up my data using windows back up .bkf facility.

will this save all of my email address and messages as well.

i want to save all documents, folders, photos and most importantly me email
address book and i cannot afford to lose any email messages either.

I do know what you mean by .bkf facility. If we are talking about Outlook
