Automatic mail from PDF

I have a Pdf document, I placed a button that send an e-mail.
When I click this button on my pc it doesn't work, in ather it works,
I don't konw why!

Can anyone hel me?

Is Outlook set as your default email client?
You really should refer this to the support for the application that you
open the PDF file in.

And WHAT is "ather" (or "other")?
