Sending Attachments

I send e-mails with attachments and they never arrive at there destination.
What's worse is that I don't receive any message to say that the e-mail has
bounced back. This mostly happening with JPEG and PDF files. Excel documents
seem to make it through.

I know that Outlook has ablocking mechanism for certain attachments files
but I can't see JPEG and PDF on their blocking list. I sent an e-mail to
myself with PDF and JPEG file attachments and they arrived okay.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the sent items folder in your outlook. Check if the attachment is there in that mail in sent items folder.
Check the security settings in outlook by going to /tools/options/security.
