Hi,
I can not send PDF attachments from Outlook 2003. Other files will send
without issue to include jpegs, World and Excel files. Just can't get PDF
attachments to go through. Thanks, AndyL

Can you be more specific please? What happens when you try? Are there any
error messages and/or numbers?

Thank you, the message I receive is

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

The message just sits in the Outbox and prevents any other emails from being
sent. The original message will send if I delete the PDF attachment from it.
I have also been sucessful in sending the PDF attachment from another user's
account on another computer so I am comfortable in that the attachment is not
damaged. I have contacted the folks who have our email server and they say
that it is an issue on our end. Again thanks.

Does this happen only with PDF attachments, not Word or Excel? How large are
the attachments?
Have you tried any of the advice here:

Also, check your antivirus scanning. It shouldn't be scanning incoming and
outgoing mail and this won't compromise security. This could be the source of
the trouble as well.
Let me know what happens.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. The antivirus is not scanning the emails, only happens
to PDF files and the file size was 1.30 megs. I was able to send this file
from another email account without any problems. Attempted to send other PDF
files and they also would not send. No issues with Excel, Word or pictures
being sent. I checked the site you mentioned, no luck there.

Thanks,
Andy
