Automatic mail

I have a Pdf document, I placed a button that send an e-mail.
When I click this button on my pc it doesn't work, in ather it works,
I don't konw why!

Can anyone hel me?

Neither do we. You don't state your Outlook version, you don't state how
you "placed this button" and you don't state where you placed it. Do you
expect us to guess what youre talking about, or just read your mind?
