Automatic Log Off After Inactive Time

How do I change it so that windows does not log off after a short period of
inactivity. It now does it after about 2 minutes of inactive time. This is
with a new computer, using XP and doesn't happen with my old one.
Thanks for any help.

It's not logging you off.. It's locking.
Change your screensaver settings so that it does not return to the welcome
screen when the screensaver activates.
(Same place where you choose your screensaver.)
