Automatic Dial up Connection at boot up

Whenever I boot up, I am connected to my ISP
automatically. Originaly this would only happen when I
launched IE6 from my desktop. My home page also gets
changed to Coolsearch and a bunch of adult web sites gets
added to my favorites list.
