IE7 : How to remove double dial up reqirement ?

Dear Sir,

I am using a broadband connection. Usually I dial up when the Window XP OS
has completed its booting.

Previosly when I launched IE 7, there was no need for a second time dial
up. Since I have set it as auto dialling, the screen just display the dialog
box for a very short while and it redial automatically.

May I know how to prevent this dialog box from appearing but at the same
time I could be connected to the internet at the first dialing?
