redial

IE redials my ISP immediately after the browser is closed
and sometimes long after it closed. sometimes it brings up
the dial-up connection window at other times it does not. I
just see the link.
can anyone tell me how to stop this kind of automatic
redial.( dial whenever connection is not present radio is
not checked)

does something want out.? that is why on my connect I have
to authorize the connect. you may might to go as far to
enter the password too.
try spybot from safer-networking.org .and update.
