Refer to your computer/motherboard manual. Many motherboards have support
for the computer to wake up/turn on at a specific time as long as the power
supply is receiving power. All of my computers are able to turn on at a
specific time within the BIOS options.
Well, if the motherboard manufacturer built such an unusal capability
into the BIOS, simply consult the motherboard's manual.
