Auto reboot in windows 2000 pro

Dear All,

H/W Config . A pentium4 m/c is restarting after 1 min
of shutting down the m/c. Actually it is starting as if
we power on the m/c from OFF state.

OS is windows 2000 professional.SP2 loaded

ACPI is enabled in BIOS.
Autoreboot value is 1 in the registry.

Check your BIOS to turn off Wake on LAN or something like that. Also make
sure you don't have Windows Scheduler set to do a task at very short
intervals.
