Just built a new computer for a friend and having problems w/ it
constantly blue-screening.

Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Celeron D 346
MOBO: EliteGroup P4M800PRO-M
HDD: Seagate 300GB ATA100
MEM: Corsair 1GB PC3200

I am able to go through setup (XP and 2000) just fine. I haven't
loaded any programs/drivers at this point. So I go to the internet,
and see if I can get to the internet...then boom.. I get the BSOD.
I've reinstalled the OS like 4 times, swapped out memory w/ known good
memory, changed memory banks (from 1 to 2), nothing seems to work..
Here's a copy of the event.. Please help.. this thing is driving me
crazy!! Thx in advance.
