Auto re-start the window2000 sp4 server each day

When i use Window2000 to crate the server, it havn't this problem, but when i
update the window2000 to window sp4, the problem will occur, which the server
will auto shut down and re- start up in each day without any message form,
also i find the event log only the server shut down and re-start again, but
doesn'tr log down the error that make the server re-start.
What can i do to solve this problem(without un-install the window200sp4
update, because i need update to window2000sp4 to do the work)
Please help me!!

What else is happening at that time? If it's the same time every day,
something scheduled is causing the problem.... Have you checked the
Scheduled Events?
