I have a network containing 2 DC's, one exchange 2000 active/active cluster, and one SQL Active/Passive cluster. I need to install SP4 on these servers for some other upgrades that are coming. Is there any pitfalls that I need to watch out for when doing this update? Will the cluster work if I have sp4 on one machine and 3 on the other? I don't want to have to take down my email for this update if I don't need to

Any info would be appreciated

I haven't upgraded an Exchange cluster, but I have done a SQL 2000
cluster from SP3 to SP4. Worked fine, with no issues. At least in this
case, I don't think it mattered, but I upgraded node 2, rebooted it,
waited for it to reboot fully and verified it was fine. Then manually
failed over resources to it and repeated the same process on node 1.
