Audio No Video

I am trying to edit an MPG file. The file when loaded into Windows media
player 11, plays fine. It has both audio and video.

The problem comes in when I load the file using Movie Maker. The file will
load but does create clips when importing. The file will load however it will
only play the audio.

Correction to below. The file will load in Movie Maker but does NOT create

Movie Maker has compatiblity issues with MPEG files.

Best bet is to convert the file to the .wmv format and
then import into Movie Maker.
