Only audio, no video.

I have a mpg video file that plays fine in any other media player (Windows
Media Player, RealOne, etc.)
When I play it in Windows Movie Maker, only the audio plays, but never any
video. Any suggestions?

Yes
Convert it to AVI
I use AVSConverter from www.avsmedia.com but there are many other converting
programs.
