Audio is gone----- exept for Skype and Last.fm :S

After tryinng to install an USB Bleutooth audo device for use with programs
like Live messenger and Phonzo, in addition to Skype, all audio is gone, even
system sounds. The only working audio is for Last.fm and Skype, where both
microphone and speaker work like normal.

In mixer, all alternatives are greyed out and non selectable.

How can i get the audio working again?

Do you have to use a Bluetooth dongle ?
