attaching wavs

I am a brand new Vista and Mail user, and am having a few "gliches" with
Mail. I like to create my own stationery, with sound. I can't find a place to
add sound to the email, other than as an attachment, which is not what I
want. The sound (music, speaking, etc) should automatically begin when they
open the email. I was able to do this with Outlook Express. Any suggestions
anyone? Thanks!

I've looked under every tab in Windows Mail, and I do not see anything that
says "format". Can someone please help me with a bit more detail? Thanks ever
so much!

Click on Create Mail. Then you'll see Format on the menu bar.

Create a new message. Go to Format | HTML. Click in the message window and
then click on Format | Background | Sound.
