Stationery in Windows Mail

I participate in a stationery newsgroup. There are some things I am not
able to view and I have my settings adjusted per Richard Eagle's expert
advice for viewing stationeries within Windows Mail. But for some reason, I
cannot view them properly when they are coded for HTML+ Time2 unLESS I save
the stationery as an .htm file and view it successfully with IE7. Do you
know of a reason why this cannot be viewed in Vista's 64bit (but using
Windows Mail 32bit) systems? Also, this type of stationery WAS viewable
within XP's Outlook Express 6.

Thanks in advance for any help you may give me,
Teresa

One would have to see the particular message and then diagnose what aspect
of the HTML is not working. And then it probably can't be fixed anyway.

Thanks, Steve. Hopefully, I can attach. This is the time2 script I cannot
view within Vista 64 Home edition's Windows Mail.
