Attachements not being received by recipients

I am sending statements and invoices from ACCPAC for windows v5.2 via Outlook
2003. They are sending fine from my side but are not being received properly
by recipients. Sometimes they receive a 'winmail.dat' file, which I
understand is a compatibility issue, other times they receive the message
with no attachment. Is there any way to overcome this other than sending
these documents in RTF?

Thank you

Yes; don't send in RTF. Actually the fact that you are sending in RTF and
that they don't support RTF is the cause of your issue.

Hi Roady

I am not currently sending RTF, I am sending PDF. I would prefer NOT to
have to use RTF. ACCPAC supports both. Any ideas?

Haha, we're talking different things here;
You are talking about an rtf-attachment while I'm talking about an rtf
e-mail. Change your message format to HTML or Plain Text and you should be
fine.
