OUTLOOK ATTACHMENTS ARE BEING RECEIVED AS WINMAIL.DAT

In the last few days I have sent Email with attachments
which are being received at the other end as winmail.dat
rather than the name they have been sent with. This
occurs when sending to juno.com and aol.com addresses but
not if the recipient is using Outlook to open their
email... They receive attachments from other emailers
with no difficulty.

Change your message format to plain text or html and consider disabling Word
as your e-mail editor. If this doesn't get it, there is one more place you
can look. Open the contact record of the person in question. Double click
on their email address and ensure that the record isn't marked to always
send in Outlook Rich Text.
