Asking for password when saving an excel worksheet.

We have an Excel worksheet on our Intranet. Everytime anyone trys to save it
to there hard drive it is asking for passwords. Is there a way that you can
post that it doesn't require passwords when saving a document?
 
What version of Excel / MSO are they running
