Windows 7 Requests password each time try to open Microsoft Query .dqy file

A person I know recently had Windows 7 and Excel 2013 placed on her PC. Now when she tries to open a Microsoft Query .dqy file it requests an ODBC connection password. It did not use to do that. For new queries it doesn't do that, only for established queries. Is there a way to save the password so it doesn't ask every time?

I passed that website along but she had already decided it was easier to just recreate all her queries.
