I need to manually arrange a list of items in a file
folder. I.E. I can't use the auto arranging features
because they will not allow me to drag and drop
individual items so that I can arrange them in any order
I want. I was able to do this in windows 98. Some of my
lists are over 50 items long so aranging them using large
icons is not practical and even then they autmatically
revert to their previous order when in list view.
