I am multiple-booting (windows xp | windows 98 | mandrake linux 9.1 |
mandrake 8.2). And I cannot post from Linux. Are you preventing such

No, the MS servers do not distinguish between users running Win OS's or
Linux, or any other. There are no blocks or filters in place.
