"Applying personal settings..."

Hello,

At startup my applying personal settings message takes an
awfully long time to load. It was never like that before -
has anyone ran into this problem before?

Are you on a network or a stand alone computer? If networked, your profile
and personal settings might have a large number of folders or internet
caches being loaded over the network connection.

Me too i have that problem but it just started recently i have 2 other comptuers on my network...but how can i fix it? I have the same problem logging off but its stalls at, "saving your settings"
