Applying a custom animation to entire presentation?

Hello,
I have mulitple slides with one image per slide. I would like to have the
image fade in/pause/fade out and go to next slide. I can create this
animation, but do not know how to save the animation and apply it to all
slides. Creating the custom animation for every slide takes forever. (BTW - I
think the custom fades look better than the slide transition fades.)

I think the Animation Carbon add-in from http://www.mvps.org/skp/ should
help here. It allows you to store your animations and apply them to all the
shapes across slides as well as presentations.
