Applications invisible after explorer crashes

I had a few BitTorrent windows open and explorer crashed.
When it restarted, the BT windows no longer appear in the
taskbar or in the applications tab of task manager. They
appear in the processes tab but there is no way to bring
them to view on the screen. How do I get them to come back?

I think the best thing to do would be to kill the processes and start
your downloading over again.
