application errors

Upon startup of my computer I recieve four different application errors:
Sgtray.exe, PCMService.exe, DVDLauncher.exe, and Bacstray.exe. All have the
same following message: The application falied to initialize properly
(0xc0000006). And with these errors my computer is running slower and I am
having problems running programs from the CD drive. Any suggestions on how
to repair this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
