Apache/PHP - do I need Windows 2000 Pro, or Server?

I'm going to add an Apache/MySQL/PHP server to our small business intranet.
Is there any reason I would need 2000 server instead of 2000 Pro?
I'm having a hard time finding comparisons between the two systems that
would indicate a need for Server instead of Pro, but I don't want to buy it
until I'm sure.

(I don't want a Linux box because learning a whole new operating system
isn't in the cards at this time)

All three can be installed in Windows 2000 Professional. I am not sure about concurrency issues with that operating system. But if you are serious in making a Web site that you expect to get decent traffic splurge. Buy the Server. Not sure if you can still get Windows 2000 Server note it is on the road to being no longer supported. That means it will likely have no more Service Packs after 5 if that even ever sees the light of day.

It doesn't matter. I have Apache+Perl+PHP+MySQL+etc... on my old computer
which works under Windows 98 :) The restriction is only with number of files
that can be opened at the same time...
