Anyone help me with command prompt?

I'm trying to restore volume control and I've followed the troubleshoot
instructions and they don't seem to work. For some reason it cant expand
sndvol32 and I need some help otherwise I have no sound.
 
Dan, you can find sndvol32.exe in C:\Windows\System32 folder. Just double
click on it and it should open.
