Anyone ever install XP Pro on a Dell sever?

Has anyone ever tried installing XP Pro on a Dell Poweredge 2650 box??
I know it's not listed as compatable, but I thought I'd give it a
whirl anyway. Well it says it can't find a hard drive on the machine.
Just curious if that's the compatability issue or if I'm looking at
bigger problems.
It's a Dell PowerEdge 2650, 2x 2.4 Xeon, 1GB RAM, 2 36GB HD set up as
RAID 1 on the embedded Dell PERC 3/Di controller.

Might be a problem Finding the Perc3 raid driver for XP. Press F6 when
promted for third party raid drivers and try the W2k server or W2k3 server
driver. You can download these from Dell's support website.

I'd probably install Windows 2003 Server instead! No point in wasting all
that nice hardware on a desktop operating system!

Yup, that worked. I just grabbed the driver off the Dell server assistant CD.
