Second - has anyone been successful in running Windows XP on a Dell

You can run XP on the PowerEdge but the only issue I had was that Dell does
not have XP drivers for the components. Since the PowerEdge is a "server",
they only provide drivers for server grade operating systems like Windows
Server 2003.
