This spyware is keeping my computer from receiving updates and using system
restore. I've tried Marewarebytes, Spybot Seek and Destroy and Prevx and it
still takes over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The gold standard for removing this Trojan-Rogue installer *is* MBAM.

Download/install from <http://www.malwarebytes.org/> which will
probably redirect you to Major Geeks or CNET. Make sure the version
is 1.41 *and* that you update before a scan is begun.

Malwarebytes recommends the scan be made in normal mode as opposed to
Safe mode.

1PW, make sure Malwarebytes is up-to-date. I also provide step by step program installation guide:

Download MalwareBytes Antimalware program from here
- Install program by double clicking mbam-setup.exe setup file.
- Stick to the guidelines when installing the program.
- Make sure you update the program with latest malware entries.
- Start computer scan by launcing the program and pressing "Scan" button.
- After the scan has been completed, click "Show Results", then "Remove Selected".
- Computer restart might be necessary.

Another anti-spyware program that could be the solution for your problem:
- Superantispyware (download free version from here)
- Save setup file to your desktop and double-click the SUPERAntiSpyware.exe file to start the installation.
- Before starting computer scan, make sure you have up-to-date software version.

If non of the above tools worked, visit antivirus pro 2010 page for alternative removal method.

Hope this helps to fix your problems.
