Antispyware - startup program

If a new program is added to Startup directory for all
users or for administrator and user answers Allow for
Antispyware question then everything is fine. But if the
same program is added to simple user's startup directory
then every time user logins Antispyware asks about this
program.
Any hints how to set this for good?

Microsoft AntiSpyware beta 1 just does not support limited user accounts.
You have wait until beta 2.
