Startup file and MS antispyware

I recently had to re-install Windows and the anti-spyware seems to be
different.

Every other boot, I get the following window:


Windows AntiSpyware Notice
? A startup program requires your approval

! Click for more information about this alert

Allow Block

[x] Remember this action



The click for more information doesn't tell me which startup program
is having problems, and this happens every time I boot up.

It is not clear what would be blocked and what would be allowed. (If I
block my startup file, does it mean only this unnamed shortcut?) After
allowing it, I check my startup folders and find a second shortcut to
MailWasher Pro, which I delete.

This has been going on for a couple of weeks now.
