anti virus updates

when i try to update my anti virus software. i get an
error message. windows 2000 service pak 1 speed disk 6.0
is missing.

You could try running System File Checker -sfc /scannow, but be sure to have
that install cdrom for W2K handy. But I recommend you install Service Pack 3
instead if possible. --- Steve
